Job description
Moments Hospice is seeking an Admissions RN to join our team in Duluth, MN. This full-time role offers a company car and a compensation package designed to reduce commute stress.
Hours are Monday–Friday, 12:00 pm–8:00 pm, with responsibilities spanning admissions, patient evaluation, and coordination of care. The RN will educate families, ensure admission criteria are met, and maintain professional standards while building strong internal relationships.
