Job description
GBMC HealthCare Hospice Admissions Nurse assesses patients in their home or hospital, preparing them for entry into the hospice spectrum of GBMC services. The nurse also acts as an ambassador for GBMC HealthCare within the service area.
Education requirements include ADN and/or BSN with a current Maryland nursing license; three years of nursing experience are expected, hospice/home health preferred.
