Job description
Cabrillo Hospice is seeking a compassionate RN Admissions Nurse in Menifee, California. In this full-time, field-based role, you will be the primary clinical point of contact for patients entering hospice care, conducting assessments, and ensuring smooth admissions. The position offers competitive pay between $62 and $67 per hour, along with a collaborative clinical team and the opportunity to make a real impact on patients' lives. Ideal candidates will have an active California RN license and at least one year of hospice experience.
