Job description
CompassionCare Hospice in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a dedicated Hospice Admissions RN to join our team. You will visit patients in homes, hospitals, and facilities, discuss goals and services, obtain consents, and perform initial assessments to determine eligibility for hospice.
