Job description
Grace Healthcare Services is seeking an Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) for Central NJ (Middlesex, Somerset, Union County). The role focuses on initial patient assessments, comprehensive history collection, and coordinating with the interdisciplinary team to tailor care plans for admissions.
Office hours run 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, with a strong emphasis on compassionate, patient-centered care. The ideal candidate will have a valid NJ RN license, at least 2 years of acute care experience,
