Job description
AdventHealth is seeking a Hospice Registered Nurse to provide patient assessments, care coordination, and discharge planning across Flagler and Volusia Counties. You will travel to patient locations, collaborate with hospital staff, and ensure a compassionate, compliant care plan that supports families.
The role requires RN licensure, BLS, and 1+ year in acute care; hospice experience is preferred. Full-time daytime shifts with travel to patient sites and hospital rooms are included.
