Job description
Mission Healthcare in Murrieta, CA is seeking an experienced Hospice Admissions Registered Nurse (RN) to coordinate patient admissions, develop plans of care, and liaise with medical teams.
The ideal candidate holds an active RN license and at least 1 year of acute care and home health hospice experience; a valid driver’s license is required.
