Job description
Tufts Medicine Care at Home is seeking a Hospice Admissions Nurse to work full-time at MelroseWakefield Hospital, coordinating pre-admission activities and admission decisions for hospice-appropriate patients. You will verify insurance, explain benefits, and document assessments in the EMR while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
The role requires an active RN license in the state, hospice or end-of-life experience, and CPR/BLS certification.
