Job description
TruHeart Hospice in Tulsa, OK is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). The ADON will support the Director of Nursing and Administrator, oversee clinical operations, and ensure high-quality end-of-life care.
This leadership role combines clinical oversight, staff mentorship, regulatory compliance, and hands-on patient care as needed, with a focus on hospice philosophy and coordinated IDG meetings.
