Phoenix Home Care is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) in Topeka, KS. This full-time role supports the Director of Nursing in daily clinical operations and supervises nursing staff to ensure high-quality, compliant patient care.
The ADON will lead clinical quality initiatives, review and support care plans, and participate in hiring, onboarding, and staff development. Strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and excellent communication are essential to succeed in this role.
