Job description
Hospicesantacruz is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join the Variable Staffing Team. The VSN supports after-hours coverage, including weekends, evenings, nights, and holidays, for patients under hospice care.
Work involves nursing assessments, telehealth, and in-home visits as needed to align with patient/family goals of comfortable, dignified end-of-life care. Responsibilities include triage collaboration, care planning, medication administration, and documentation per HSCC policies.
