Job description
Astrya Global Medical Staffing seeks an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) for a 13-week assignment in Escondido, CA. This role focuses on home-based hospice and palliative care, with 45–50 patient visits monthly and emphasis on goals-of-care discussions.
Typical schedule is Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with rotating weekends and on-call coverage as needed. California NP license, MSN, DEA/NPI, and ACHPN preferred within 1 year.
