Job TitleHospice AideJob DescriptionThis is a per diem/on call position seeing patients in Spokane county. The Hospice Aide provides personal care, assistance with performing activities of daily living and prescribed therapeutic exercises, and basic housekeeping services essential to the comfort and cleanliness of receiving home care or hospice services. These services are specified by a written plan of care that is developed and supervised by a Registered Nurse. Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they're invaluable. Your voice matters here, because we know that to inspire and retain the best people, we must empower them.Required QualificationsCoursework/Training Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant course or equivalent training.Upon hire: Washington Nursing Assistant Certification LicenseDriving is a necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request.
