As the Hospice Aide (CNA), you will provide hands-on care to patients receiving end-of-life services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.Your impact:Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting, and linen changesAssist with ambulation, positioning, range-of-motion exercises, and comfort measuresObserve patient condition, report changes, and document care accuratelyTake and record vital signs when ordered and within competencyUse medical equipment safely and maintain a clean, comfortable home environmentProvide respite support for patients, families, and caregivers as neededOur commitment to you:Meaningful, purpose-driven work with a truly collaborative teamFlexible schedules to fit your life and support balanceOngoing training and quality improvement opportunitiesA culture rooted in compassion, dignity, and respectRequirements:Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Hospice Aide certification in the State of ArizonaCurrent CPR certificationUnderstanding of hospice philosophy and comfort with end-of-life careStrong communication, documentation, and organizational skillsEmpathy, patience, and ability to work independentlyReliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
