As the Hospice Aide (CNA), you will provide hands-on care to patients receiving end-of-life services under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.Your ImpactProvide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting, and linen changesAssist with ambulation, positioning, range-of-motion exercises, and comfort measuresObserve patient condition, report changes, and document care accuratelyTake and record vital signs when ordered and within competencyUse medical equipment safely and maintain a clean, comfortable home environmentProvide respite support for patients, families, and caregivers as neededOur Commitment To YouMeaningful, purpose-driven work with a truly collaborative teamFlexible schedules to fit your life and support balanceOngoing training and quality improvement opportunitiesA culture rooted in compassion, dignity, and respectRequirementsActive Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Hospice Aide certification in the State of ArizonaCurrent CPR certificationUnderstanding of hospice philosophy and comfort with end-of-life careStrong communication, documentation, and organizational skillsEmpathy, patience, and ability to work independentlyReliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance
