Job description

Hospice Aide

As a Hospice Aide, you will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and provide various services for a patient as necessary to meet the patient's personal needs and to promote comfort. The Hospice Aide is responsible for observing the patient, reporting these observations and documenting observations and care given.

As one of the only locally owned and operated hospice programs in North Alabama, we take pride in serving our community with the same compassion and dedication we'd want for our own families. We believe in quality of life, dignity in care, and the power of local connection.

Hospice Family is growing, and we need additional team members to support our excellence in care. Why join our team?

Locally Owned & Operated - A national corporation does not run us; our directives and mission are developed through team collaboration and feedback.

Patient-First Philosophy -Our care decisions are always guided by what's best for our patients.

Supportive, Team-Oriented Culture - Join a team that values collaboration, compassion, and clinical excellence.
