Job description
Brighton Hospice is seeking a Director of Aide Services to lead and mentor our aide team, ensure high-quality patient care, and uphold HIPAA and regulatory standards. You will oversee scheduling, charting, and daily operations in coordination with nursing leadership.
Ideal candidates have an RN license, CPR certification, and at least one year in leadership within hospice, with strong teamwork and independent work habits to support residents and their families.
