Job description
Affinity Health Management in Maine is seeking a registered nurse to plan, organize and direct hospice care in home and community settings. The RN will assess patients, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, and provide education and support to families.
Requirements include RN license in good standing, CPR certification, and 1+ year in hospice/public health/home care preferred. This full-time position involves on-call duties and travel within the service area.
