Job description
A hospice care provider based in New York is seeking a Registered Nurse, RN, to join their interdisciplinary team. The Registered Nurse will provide patient-centered care in accordance with hospice practices, including patient assessments and education. The ideal candidate will have a valid nursing license, at least two years of experience in hospice or community health, and will be skilled in communication and case management. This role requires reliable transport and possibly on-call responsibilities.
