Job description
Northwell Health in New York seeks an experienced nurse leader to manage staffing, planning, and program development. You will supervise staff, collaborate with leadership to ensure efficient operations, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
The role requires a BSN, NY RN license, and 6–8 years of relevant experience with 2–5 years in leadership/management; hospice/home health experience is preferred. Strong emphasis on policy implementation and service quality.
