Job description
Northwell Health is seeking a dedicated Hospice Care Registered Nurse to deliver comprehensive end-of-life care in a hospice setting in Riverhead, NY. You will assess, plan, and implement nursing care, while supervising aides and coordinating with families.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in med/surg, hospice, or home care, with an NY RN license and BSN progression. This is a full-time, on-site role focusing on compassionate patient-centered care.
