Job description
Dunes Hospice is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to plan, organize and direct hospice care in home and community settings. The RN will assess patients, implement nursing care, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to meet patient and family needs.
The role requires Indiana RN licensure, CPR certification, and strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills to support compassionate end-of-life care across community-based environments.
