Job description
Three Oaks Hospice seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse to administer skilled nursing care for patients in their homes and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team. You will assess needs, implement the care plan, educate families, and ensure smooth coordination of services.
A valid RN license and CPR are required, with hospice or home health experience preferred. The role may involve on-call coverage and collaboration with multiple care professionals.
