Job description
Northwell Health seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide age-specific care on a designated patient unit in Queens. You will perform comprehensive nursing assessments, plan and coordinate care with physicians and the health team, and lead in implementing and evaluating care plans.
The role requires NYS RN licensure, BSN progress with prompt completion, and 2+ years of nursing experience (med/surg, hospice, home care preferred).
