Job description
Northwell Health in Queens is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to perform age-specific plans of care using the nursing process. You will collaborate with physicians and the health team to coordinate and implement procedures and treatments, while applying leadership and clinical judgment to guide patient care.
Responsibilities include pre-admission screening, nursing assessments, supervising home health aides, selecting equipment, and contributing to Hospice IDG.
