Job description
Jobot is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate hospice care for a Manhattan hospital, working onsite with a Monday–Friday schedule and one weekend every month. The role focuses on communication between hospice sources, hospital teams, patients, and families to ensure seamless care transitions and eligibility determinations.
