Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC) is seeking a Hospice Home Care Nurse to support patients in Baltimore County. Responsibilities include assessing patient care needs, implementing care plans, and providing direct nursing care to terminally ill patients and their families. The ideal candidate will hold a current Maryland RN license and have a minimum of two years of nursing experience. Competitive salary range of $66,942.34 – $102,872.41 based on qualifications.
