Job description
Tucson Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse – Case Manager for Outpatient Hospice. The role coordinates patient care, develops care plans with the interdisciplinary team, and ensures safety and quality outcomes.
Responsibilities include direct patient care, rounds, and education of patients and families, with emphasis on collaboration and adherence to safety standards. A Bachelor's in Nursing and AZ RN license with BLS are required.
