Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant

We are hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for a Hospice position providing care to patients in their homes in the Belle Vernon, PA area and is eligible for a $2,500 sign-on bonus to reward the accomplishment of key achievements during your first year!
What You'll Do:
Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life
Provide hands-on care to patients, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) while observing and reporting changes in condition to support comfort and quality of life
Support and guide patients and caregivers by reinforcing the care plan, offering emotional support, and helping them understand what to expect during the hospice journey
Respond promptly to patient needs with empathy and attentiveness and accurately document care provided in the EMR
Work independently, but never alone
Travel to patient homes within assigned territory

CNA Qualifications
Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate in the state you work
High School Diploma or certificate
Minimum one year healthcare experience, Hospice experience preferred
Due to the field-based nature of this home hospice position, a valid driver's license and the ability to spend approximately 20% of your workday driving to and from patient locations are required.
