Hospice Certified Nursing Assistant - Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our hospice care team, providing comfort, dignity, and support to patients and their families during their most vulnerable moments. Join our ever-expanding Hospice team in the Westmoreland/Allegheny counties in PA. This role offers the chance to directly provide patient care within homes, truly making a difference in the lives of our patients.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do
Deliver empathetic and compassionate care to patients in their homes or facilities.
Assist patients with activities of daily living, pain management, and symptom control.
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families.
Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary hospice team.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
Ensure a peaceful and comfortable environment for patients.
Act as an advocate for patients and their families.
Qualifications
About You
Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Valid Driver's license and state required Auto Insurance
A deep sense of empathy and compassion for patients and their families.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Ability to provide physical and emotional comfort to those in need.
Collaboration skills to work effectively with the hospice care team.
Understanding of end-of-life care principles (experience in hospice is a plus).
