Hospice Chaplain
Pay: $24.00 - $36.00 per hour
Job Type: Part Time, Per Diem

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Hospice Chaplain to provide spiritual and emotional support to hospice patients and their families/caregivers. This role partners with the interdisciplinary team to provide individualized, respectful end-of-life spiritual care .
Key Responsibilities Complete spiritual assessments and provide direct spiritual care.
Support patients and families through end-of-life, grief, and bereavement needs.
Participate in individualized care planning and interdisciplinary team meetings.
Coordinate with community clergy, spiritual counselors, and volunteers.
Provide inclusive, interfaith spiritual support that respects diverse beliefs and cultures.
Document visits, services, and patient/family communication.
Assist with memorial or funeral services as requested.
Qualifications BD, MDiv, or equivalent theological degree preferred.
Experience supporting individuals and families with death, dying, or grief.
Hospice or end-of-life care experience preferred.
Comfortable working in interfaith and culturally diverse settings.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and required auto insurance.
