Haven Hospice in Saint Augustine, FL, seeks a Hospice Clinical Specialist to support delivery of high-quality hospice care. You will oversee nursing management, ensure compliant documentation, and coordinate workflows from Start of Care through discharge.
The ideal candidate brings RN licensure, 3+ years RN experience, hospice know-how, and strong collaboration with IDG teams in a patient-centered environment. Eligible for comprehensive benefits and professional growth.
