Hospice Clinical Director (RN)
A respected home health & hospice organization is seeking a Hospice Clinical Director to lead a growing program in Albuquerque.
This is a low-census (20 patients), high-impact leadership role — ideal for a hospice RN leader who values quality, team support, and ethical growth over volume.
Highlights
Salary: $90K–$110K (based on experience)
Sign-on bonus considered

Requirements
Active RN (NM or eligible)
Hospice clinical experience
At least 1 year in a hospice leadership role
Strong judgment, communication, and team leadership skills
