Job description
Liberty Health in Thomasville, NC, is seeking a Hospice Clinical Manager - RN for a full-time role. You will coordinate case management, supervise care staff, and support administrative needs while delivering direct patient care as required.
Must hold NC RN licensure, have 3+ years of clinical nursing experience (hospice preferred), and possess strong communication and documentation skills. CPR certification is required.
