Job description
Compassus is seeking a Hospice Director Clinical Services (RN) to lead patient and family care under the plan of care, coordinating an Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) and ensuring quality and regulatory compliance. This role oversees the consultative process between the Medical Director and IDT, and leads meetings while managing EMR workflows.
The ideal candidate is an RN with at least three years in healthcare, BSN preferred, and a background in Hospice or Home Health.
