Job description
St. Croix Hospice seeks a Manager of Clinical Services to lead a dedicated clinical team delivering patient-centered hospice care.
You will shape strategic care plans, mentor leaders, and ensure dignity, comfort, and high-quality care when it matters most. As an RN with supervisory experience, you will oversee staff, coordinate patient care, and guide clinicians with real-time mentoring and problem-solving.
