Job description
Ohio Living is seeking a Hospice Clinical Supervisor to lead the clinical team in providing compassionate end-of-life care. You will coordinate patient/family care plans, supervise IDG meetings, and ensure documentation meets Medicare standards.
The role requires an Ohio RN license, BSN preferred, two years hospice experience with one year supervisory, and EMR proficiency. Travel and on-call duties may be required.
