Job description
Amedisys Hospice of Brevard in Melbourne, FL is seeking a full-time Certified Nursing Assistant to provide personal care in patients’ homes within Brevard County. You will travel daily and work weekdays 8am–5pm, with 6–8 patient visits per shift, depending on experience.
Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, following care plans, and reporting changes to the nurse. A valid CNA certification, CPR, and driver’s license are required.
