Our CNA's meet the needs of our patients under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. They are part of the interdisciplinary team that all work together to create a one-of a kind experience for our patients and their families.If you love being a CNA, and genuinely enjoy helping others, apply to one of our open positions.What You Bring:Current Colorado CNA LicenseValid Colorado Driver's license, adequate automobile insurance and reliable transportation, if providing care in the community settingA genuine spirit of caring and compassionEffective communication and ability to work within a multidisciplinary teamWhat We Offer:Competitive pay starting at $20.00-$22.13 per hour for CNA's with more than 6 months experience; $18.50 per hour for those with less than 6 months experience with an opportunity to move up to $20.00 at 6 months if proficient.Variable rate of 10% added to base wageMileage reimbursement for work related drivingCell phone and laptop provided for documentationEAP & DisabilityColorado Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) program403b Retirement plan with up to 3% employer match15% discount at Spoons Bistro & Bakery, and Heirlooms locationsAt HopeWest, we hold strong core values that are followed internally with staff as well as in the daily care of our patients & their loved ones.
