Job description
Dignity Home Health and Hospice in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our caring team. You will provide patient-centered care in home health and hospice settings, support activities of daily living, and work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
We value teamwork, reliability, and strong communication. New graduates are welcome; training will be provided. Flexible schedules with mileage reimbursement and paid training are offered.
