Join Our Compassionate TeamWe are seeking dedicated and thoughtful Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) on a FT basis (40 hours per week) who are eager to provide personalized, in-home hospice care in the greater San Antonio area. We invite you to be a part of the Pacific Hospice and Palliative Care team, bringing comfort and support to those in their time of need. Our mission is to deliver compassionate hospice care where it matters most – in the comfort and familiarity of our patients' homes. We believe in upholding dignity and quality of life for those we serve.What We're Looking For:Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with a minimum of 2+ years in-home hospice careExperience with Axxess EMR system or other EMR system - you will be using these web based programs and apps on your phone or tablet to provide notes on visits and communicate with the admin team, so you must be comfortable using computers.Valid CPR BLS certificationStrong interpersonal and communication skills (English/Spanish speaking is a plus)Ability to provide comfort, companionship, and professional careEmpathy and a caring spiritCommitment to delivering the highest standard of in-home hospice careMust have reliable transportationResponsibilities:As an In-Home Hospice CNA with us, you will:Deliver personalized care in the homes of our patientsProvide emotional support and companionship in a professional mannerAssist with daily activities and duties and comfort measuresCollaborate with our dedicated team to ensure the best quality of life for patientsBenefits:Competitive compensation and reimbursed mileage for travelOpportunities for professional development and advancementA supportive, caring, and flexible work environmentThe chance to make a profound impact on patients and their familiesIf you're ready to bring your skills and compassion to the homes of those in need and providing comfort, support, and companionship to individuals in their most intimate space.
