Hospice CNA / Hospice Aide – PRNLocation: Springtown / Azle, TX Area.Position: PRN.Competitive Pay + Mileage Reimbursement.Looking for flexible CNA work where you can truly make a difference?At Concho Hearts Hospice, our Hospice Aides do so much more than provide personal care. They bring comfort, dignity, companionship, and reassurance to patients and families during one of life's most meaningful journeys. We're looking for a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) / Hospice Aide to provide PRN support to patients throughout the Springtown and Azle area. If you have a heart for caring for others and want flexible work with a team that truly appreciates what you do, we'd love to meet you.What You'll Do:Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene assistance.Assist patients with mobility, positioning, and transfers as directed.Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patientsObserve patients and report changes in condition to the supervising nurse.Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families.Follow the patient's individualized plan of care.Complete accurate and timely visit documentation.Work closely with nurses and the interdisciplinary hospice team to provide compassionate patient-centered care.What We're Looking For:Current Texas CNA certification.Hospice, home health, long-term care, or patient care experience preferred.Compassionate, dependable, and comfortable providing one-on-one patient care.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance.Ability to travel throughout the Springtown/Azle service areaCurrent CPR certification preferred.Hospice experience is preferred but not required.
