Schedule Monday–Friday 8-hour shifts Start times between 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. What We Offer A positive, supportive team culture Medical, dental, and vision benefits starting the first of the month 401(k) with generous company match Generous PTO accruals Mileage reimbursement Paid holidays Tuition reimbursement Employee referral bonuses Merit-based pay increases Employee discount programs What You’ll Do Provide personal care based on each patient’s needs and preferences Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and daily activities Ensure patient safety and proper use of equipment Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed Take and record vital signs (with demonstrated competency) Monitor skin integrity and report changes promptly Offer respite support to families and caregivers Communicate observations and updates to the Case Manager Build meaningful connections with patients and their loved ones What You Bring At least 16 years of age Current state certification as a nurse aide Active CPR certification Clear listing on the state aide registry Comfort with the hospice philosophy and caring for terminally ill patients If you’re looking for a role where your work truly matters — and where you’re supported every step of the way — Capital City Hospice is ready to welcome you.
