Job description
Outfield Healthcare Partners in Carrollton, TX is seeking an experienced Director of Nursing, RN, Hospice to lead RNCMs, HHA, Chaplain, and MSW with a census of 100+ patients. This single-site leadership role oversees clinical administration and ensures quality patient care within hospice services.
The Director will coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team, monitor QA/PI issues, and supervise staff while traveling to sites as needed and maintaining regulatory compliance.
