REGISTERED NURSE RN - DIRECTOR OF NURSING DON - HOSPICE SERVICES

We’re seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our hospice care team. This is more than a job—it’s a calling to provide exceptional care to patients and families during life’s most meaningful moments.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and coordinate hospice services for patients and families.
Supervise interdisciplinary team members (nurses, social workers, chaplains, etc.).
Oversee admissions, care planning, and compliance with state/federal regulations.
Ensure quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
Serve as a clinical and community liaison for hospice education and outreach.
What You Bring:
Active, unrestrictedRN licensein the state of practice.
1+ years of field hospice experience.
1+ years of leadership experience(preferred).
Strong clinical skills and understanding ofHospice and Palliative Care.
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and CPR certification.
Experience inhospice, home health, med/surg, or oncologyis a plus.

Qualifications
LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION, AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in state of practice
