Job description
PruittHealth Hospice in Durham, NC seeks an experienced RN to serve as Director of Nursing (DON) and lead our hospice care team. This role focuses on coordinating patient care, overseeing admissions and care planning, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
The DON will supervise RNs, social workers, chaplains, and other professionals, drive quality assurance and performance improvement, and act as a clinical and community liaison for education and outreach.
