Job description
Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a skilled Hospice Director of Nursing (DON), RN to lead our clinical team in Overland Park and the surrounding Kansas City area. This role focuses on guiding talented clinicians to deliver exceptional hospice, end-of-life, palliative, and comfort care to patients and families.
You will oversee clinical operations, ensure Medicare and CHAP compliance, and collaborate with IDG while mentoring RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and other staff to maintain high-quality care.
