Heartland Hospice, part of Gentiva, seeks an RN Hospice Executive Director to lead a mid-sized hospice program in the United States. The role oversees day-to-day operations, clinical quality, and strategic partnerships with the Governing Body and referral partners.
The ideal candidate is an RN with strong leadership in hospice/home care, capable of driving patient-centered care, staff development, and financial performance while upholding our mission and values.
