Job description
Gentiva, a national leader in hospice and palliative care, is seeking an RN Hospice Executive Director to lead operations at a location with developing census. This role directs interdisciplinary teams, ensures clinical excellence, and aligns services with the company’s mission and regulatory standards.
You will oversee staffing, budgets, community outreach, and quality initiatives, while promoting compassionate care, integrity and collaboration with the Governing Body and referral partners.
