Job description
Suncrest Hospice in Independence Township, Ohio seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide hospice care across patient homes, SNFs, and assisted living facilities. You will join an interdisciplinary team, bringing expertise in psychosocial assessments and community resources.
The role includes case management, admissions, or resource duties, with four 10-hour shifts (12:00–21:30) four days a week and every other Saturday, reflecting a balanced schedule.
